Beaconlive Has both webinar services and teleconferencing services. After having used both services , I would have to say there attention to detail is very high and the quality of service was impeccable. The level of service I received was outstanding , and the staff very knowledgeable. My calls were not dropped using the audio conferencing service and came through crystal clear most likely due to the state of the art technology they employ ( they use the VSR1000 conferencing bridge for one thing ). The webinar service let me present my PowerPoint presentations via streaming media in the form of PowerPoint slides.Beacon offers a full set of conferencing and collaboration technology for Event Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Reservationless Conferencing, and customized IVR. Because of their knowledge of the industry and years of experience in developing and hosting applications, many Fortune 1000 companies are reselling and using Beacon's services , which says a lot about the company if other company's are reselling there plans for profit and succeeding at it !
